Service Description

The Baseline Hotel Assessment Program, a collaboration of Hospiamo and our Data, Digital and AI Strategic Partners, is tailored to assess and augment the current position of select hotels, focusing on empowering the management companies guiding them. *Retail Pricing/Memberships Available. With 7 Categories and over 30 scored items, our non-invasive Baseline assessment utilizes publicly available information, requiring no private or confidential material, an ideal starting point for our engagement with you. Simply Pay and Book a 1 hour session so we can get to know you and within 48 hours, your Baseline Assessment will be delivered. The Baseline Assessment & Scoring Methodology: Our approach to evaluating your marketing strategies involves a detailed scoring and grading system, ensuring a thorough analysis across various key categories. The methodology is as follows: - 0% (Incomplete - INC): This score indicates that there is insufficient evidence to conclude that a particular marketing program or strategy is in place, effective, or established. - 50% - 59% (Grade F): Scores within this range are indicative of fundamental shortcomings in the implementation or effectiveness of the marketing strategy. - 60% - 69% (Grade D): This range suggests a below-average performance. While some aspects of the strategy may be functional, there are considerable opportunities for improvement to reach a competitive standard. - 70% - 79% (Grade C): Scores in this bracket represent an average performance level. - 80% - 89% (Grade B): These scores are indicative of a strong performance, with marketing strategies that are well-implemented and effective. - 90% - 100% (Grade A): The highest score range reflecting exceptional performance in marketing practices. The Baseline assessment serves as the first touchpoint in our program. It provides an objective snapshot of your current marketing efforts without intruding into confidential aspects of your business. This phase sets the foundation for our subsequent, more detailed phases (not included in Baseline Assessment), which include: 1. Detailed Reasoning Report: An in-depth analysis of your hotel's current marketing position. 2. SWOT Analysis: Identification of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats in your current marketing strategy. 3. Advanced Roadmap: Recommendations for action steps to enhance your marketing efforts, categorized by costs ranging from no-cost initiatives to medium and high-cost improvements.
